The 3 units of Villa Lucia are independent, with an exclusive outdoor equipepd area. There are 2 one-bedroom apartments for 4 guests and one two-bedroom apartment for 8 guests. The furniture of the apartments is basic.
The two one-bedroom apartments (Bilo 1 and Bilo 2) are adjacent. The units consists of a dining area with kitchenette, bathroom with shower, a four-bed room with double bed and bunk bed. Moreover, there is a parking area in the porperty. The two apartments differ only in their outdoor area: Bilo 2 has two areas, in the front there is a parking area for two guests while at the back there is an area with the barbecue.
The two-bedroom apartment is on the basement floor and it consists of two units connected by a paved courtyard. In the first unit there are: 1 four-bed room with double bed and bunk bed, 1 bathroom with shower and dining room with open kitchen. In the second room there are: 1 four-bed room with bunk bed and double bed and 1 bathroom with shower. This unit does not have a parking area.
