Villa Lucia is in the quiet area of Boncore, 5 minutes away from the golden beaches of Torre Lapillo. It's a 3-unit complex for rent for relaxing holidays in Salento. The 3 units of Villa Lucia are independent, with an exclusive outdoor equipepd area. There are 2 one-bedroom apartments for 4 guests and one two-bedroom apartment for 8 guests. The furniture of the apartments is basic.

The two one-bedroom apartments (Bilo 1 and Bilo 2) are adjacent. The units consists of a dining area with kitchenette, bathroom with shower, a four-bed room with double bed and bunk bed. Moreover, there is a parking area in the porperty. The two apartments differ only in their outdoor area: Bilo 2 has two areas, in the front there is a parking area for two guests while at the back there is an area with the barbecue.

The two-bedroom apartment is on the basement floor and it consists of two units connected by a paved courtyard. In the first unit there are: 1 four-bed room with double bed and bunk bed, 1 bathroom with shower and dining room with open kitchen. In the second room there are: 1 four-bed room with bunk bed and double bed and 1 bathroom with shower. This unit does not have a parking area.

Villa Lucia is in Boncore, near Nardò and Torre Lapillo, one of the most loved tourist destinations in Salento, ideal for holidays by the sea of Porto Cesareo. Boncore is in a strategic position: its near the most famous tourist destinations on the Ionian coast such as the beaches of Punta Prosciutto and the nightlife of Gallipoli. The complex is 500 meters away from amenities such as supermarket, tobacco shop, newsstand, cafè and restaurant and its 1 kilometer away from the centre of Torre Lapillo. The beautiful free beaches or beach establishments are 5 minutes away.
