The property spans 4 hectares and features a spacious, meticulously maintained garden with a lawn and trees, ideal for sunbathing. A fenced swimming pool (10 x 5 m, depth 140 cm) with an internal staircase is available seasonally from April 10 to October 9. Heating is provided in the house from November 1 to April 15 for an additional charge. Access to the house is via a 500-meter bumpy road, and a stepped path leads to the entrance. Parking is available on the premises for three cars. A shop is located 4 km away, a supermarket 5 km, and a bus stop 6 km. A golf course with 18 holes and tennis facilities are both 5 km away.
