The residence consists of 12 vacation homes, equipped with a beautiful swimming pool in the green, a recreational area with beach tennis court and much more.

All apartments have kitchenette with induction hob, TV, air conditioning, wi-fi internet, electric stove, hair dryer, mosquito nets.

The common areas for all guests are the largegarden with swimming pool equipped with umbrellas and deckchairs, bar corner, showers, relaxation area and recreational area with beach tennis court and garden games such as checkers and chess at eye level. Private, reserved parking space is located next to the facility. Pets allowed.

The vacation homes that make up the Residence Punta Cassano in San Foca are studio and one-bedroom apartments, plus a three-bedroom apartment, and offer a total of 38 beds.

The apartments are spread over 2 levels, between second floor and ground floor. The interiors of the apartments are simple and cozy, all with attention to detail and a marine theme.

On the second floor there are 3 two-room apartments facing the sea, while on the ground floor there are 4 two-room apartments, 3 studio apartments and 2 three-room apartments.

Two-room apartments up to 4 beds consist of kitchen with open kitchenette and 1 sofa bed, 1 bedroom and shower room, veranda. Some have sea view and garden.

The three-room apartment to sleep up to 4 has a living room with kitchen, shower room, 2 bedrooms, one double and one twin with bunk beds, a nice patio in front, outdoor shower at the back of the house.

The second three-room apartment, on the other hand, sleeps up to 6, with 2 bedrooms and 1 double sofa bed in the living room.

The studio apartments accommodate up to 2 people. In the one room there is a kitchenette and 1 double bed. Completes the studios 1 bathroom shower. All studios overlook the garden.

The shared laundry room is located in the basement of the facility, where there is also a storage room for any beach equipment. Use of the washing machine is for a fee.

In the front, the swimming pool is surrounded by deck chairs and umbrellas, and equipped with a small bar area. There is, finally, arelaxation areawith a Jacuzzi and solarium, a pond, and a botanical trail.
