The residence comprises four distinct apartments. Located just 100 meters from the heart of Pietrabruna, it sits on the outskirts, 10 kilometers from the center of San Lorenzo al Mare, and 16 kilometers from the center of Imperia. Positioned on an elevated slope, it is 9.5 kilometers from the sea, nestled in the countryside. Guests can enjoy a shared, meticulously maintained terraced garden of 1,000 square meters, featuring a lawn and various plants, a sunbathing area, and a swimming pool (10 x 5 meters, depth 120 cm, available seasonally from May 1st to October 1st). Additional amenities include an outdoor shower, table tennis, a patio, an arbour, garden furniture, a barbecue, and a children's playground with a slide and swing. Pool maintenance is managed by the owner or gardener.
