Villa Sylvia is a villa with swimming pool nestled in the green countryside of San Vito dei Normanni, in the province of Brindisi. With large equipped outdoor spaces, modern Mediterranean design and all the comforts of luxury facilities, the villa offers up to 10 beds.

The living area is a single room in which there is a masonry living room with TV, a dining room with table and chairs, and an open kitchen with peninsula and induction cooktop.

The sleeping area consists of 4 bedrooms, 3 of which are double and 1 quadruple with double bed + bunk bed in masonry (suitable only for children).

One of the rooms has an en suite shower room and a view of the pool. All rooms have a French window to the outside and are equipped with blackout curtains.
