The house is introduced by a small veranda with a gate. In the veranda there are stairs leading to the upper floor, where there are two other vacation homes that are otherwise completely independent.

The sleeping area consists of 2 double bedrooms and 1 single bedroom, accessed by crossing one of the doubles. The interior is completed by a shower room. Present is a laundry corner.
