Villa Mirante is a recently-built seafront villa with swimming pool and well-kept garden. The villa is finely furnished with design elements. The villa is also accessible from a ramp that, with the addition of one of the bathrooms, makes it suitable for a guest in a wheelchair. There is a dining are under the porch by the swimming pool, while at the back there another equipped area framed by the green garden, with tables and barbecue.
The villa opens into an airy living room with sofas, tv and air conditioning and a big kitchen with island and many accessories. The 5-bedroom sleeping area is divided from the living room by a corridor.
The bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms are equipped with flat-screen tv and air conditioning. There are 3 double bedrooms and 2 four-bed rooms with double bed and pull-out twin beds. The bathroom suitable for wheelchair is accessible from a bedroom and from the corridor. Moreover, there is a half bath with washing machine.
