La Perla Bianca Luxury Spa is suitable for elders, children and disabled guests. The villa is divided into two apartments on two floors and is equipped with accessories such as air conditioning in every room, outdoor gym with bathroom and shower, laundry room with washing machine and tumble-dryer, satellite internet, alarm system and safe.
The dishwasher is in both kitchen. There are children toys, bicycles, iron and ironing board, microwave oven, tv in every bedroom and the living room, stereo system in the swimming pool and spa, sauna with steam bath, emotional shower and chromotherapy, covered parking area for 6 cars, heating system with pellet stove, cleaning every two days.

The apartment on the ground floor of the luxury villa for rent for holidays in Oria consists of a living room with sliding glass doors and view on the garden, an elegant sitting room with tv, stove pellet and dining area for 10 guests, super-accessoried kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, equipped for disabled guests.
A characteristic spiral staircase takes to the first floor. The apartment consists of 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with shower, a kitchen with table for 6 guests and, a few steps higher, the spa with panoramic terrace.
