Dimora Nina Valente is a beautiful villa for authentic vacations in Puglia. It stands on a property surrounded by typical Mediterranean vegetation, fertile and lush land, and characteristic dry stone walls.

In the large garden is the brand new pool area, equipped with a solarium and gazebo to spend pleasant days outdoors. In front of the pool there is a large patio with outdoor kitchen.

The interior of the dwelling consists of old trulli and a newer part, all harmoniously combined. There is a large entrance hall with dining room, 1 double sofa bed, fireplace and TV, from which there is access to the bright well-equipped kitchen.

The sleeping area consists of 3 double bedrooms, 2 of which are in the main structure and 1 in the main cone of the trullo. Completing the vacation villa are 3 bathrooms, two of which are indoor comfortable and spacious, and one outdoor service bathroom with laundry corner.

Ostuni called the "White City" and other beautiful historic centers of the Valle d'Itria are all less than 10 km away. The sea is also close: the beaches of Marina di Ostuni on the Adriatic are about 18 km away.
