The beautiful swimming pool is surrounded by sun loungers. In the off-season, the pool can be heated and equipped with a cover.

In front of the pool is a pergola furnished for outdoor dining, and equipped with a brick barbecue for grilling and a wood-burning oven for pizzas.

The living room with large windows is furnished with a sitting area where one can relax in an intimate and cozy atmosphere with a view of the infinity pool.

The living room leads to the small kitchen equipped with induction hob, dishwasher, coffee maker and refrigerator. From the kitchen you move to a smaller living room where, under a characteristic alcove, there is 1 double sofa bed.

The sleeping area consists of 3 double bedrooms, each with independent entrance but communicating with each other, all equipped with TV, air conditioning, and en suite shower room. The rooms can also be made independent.

One of the double rooms has preserved the traces of the past, such as the frame of the fireplace, the walls and the typical milk-colored exposed stone: in this room there is a whirlpool tub carved into the rock, a true luxury for relaxing moments.
