Casal degli Ulivi is a structure born from the wise renovation of typical rural buildings, which has kept the original elements such as stone floors and natural stone walls, creating with them an authentic and cozy atmosphere.

The main structure consists of three lamie all with barrel vaults and exposed stones, to which a more modern Mediterranean-style dwelling has been joined. It is spread over two levels.

On the mezzanine floor there are 2 bedrooms, one double and one single, both bright and comfortable, and a spacious shower room. There is also a cozy living room and a fully equipped professional kitchen, open to the living room to create a convivial and functional environment.

On the ground floor there are 2 more double bedrooms, both communicating with a large bathroom carved out of the rock.

The annex is a small independent unit with a lovely entrance veranda, open kitchenette, 1 double bedroom and 1 full shower room.

The main structure also has a veranda, ideal for al fresco dining and relaxing while admiring the garden.

The large garden frames the entire property, creating a green and peaceful space where you can walk, play or simply enjoy relaxing in total privacy.
