Villa Guendalina is a beautiful Mediterranean-style villa located along the rocky ridge right on the seafront of Santa Cesarea and Porto Miggiano. The villa is introduced by an avenue through the greenery that leads to the shaded parking area and then to the villa.

In the large garden among pines, trees and essences typical of the Ionian Salento area, the beautiful sea-view swimming pool unfolds with its soft shapes. Around the pool are sunbeds for the solarium and an outdoor shower.

The villa's interiors are modern and spacious, and are spread over several well-disconnected levels. The entrance is on the ground floor into a spacious living room with sofas and a fireplace.

From here, a staircase of a few steps down, interspersed with hallway, leads to the downstairs living room, furnished with dining room, sofa, TV and fireplace and connected to the kitchen by three convenient steps down.

A hallway leads toward 2 double bedrooms (no door, with curtain) with direct exit to the pool area and sea view. Completing the lower floor is 1 shower room.

From the living room entrance, an internal staircase leads to the upper floor of Villa Guendalina, where there are 1 double bedroom with sea view window and 1 twin bedroom with single beds, as well as 2 shower rooms.
