Casa Tettoia is a characteristic luxury vacation villa inside the charming village Borgo Il Poeta, an enchanting place to spend authentic vacations between Umbria and Tuscany, in the green heart of central Italy.

Casa Tettoia covers an area of 251 square meters.

It has a very large entrance hall, leading to a double living room with armchairs and sofas on one side and a grand piano on the other. French doors provide access to the courtyard.

The living area is complemented by a dining room that can seat up to ten people, and the large kitchen. A large terrace extends to the front of the house and that has a long wooden table for outdoor dining and relaxing with views of the valley.

The sleeping area consists of 2 double bedrooms and 2 twin bedrooms.

The first double room with en suite bathroom is in the living room area, from which stairs lead to the upper floor, where there are 1 twin and 1 double room, both with bathroom.

The last double bedroom with bathroom is on the second floor, overlooking the back of the property and the Tiber valley.

The borgo is located 4 km from the Niccone Valley and on the "Strada del Vino". The borgo stands on the country path called Borgo il Poeta, overlooking the Upper Tiber Valley halfway between Città di Castello and Umbertide, opposite the beautiful medieval village of Montone (one of the most beautiful villages in Italy).
