Trullo del Sole is a rural structure typical of the Apulian landscape, nestled in the countryside of Martina Franca, in the Valle d'Itria.
Today it is offered in all its splendor, completely renovated and equipped with the most modern comforts, while maintaining the architectural characteristics of cone-shaped buildings, with a minimal but refined design.
The entrance is into a living room furnished with table and chairs, 1 double sofa bed, TV, fireplace and ceiling beams. Portable air conditioners are present here.
From the dining room you enter the brick kitchen, decorated with local majolica tiles and equipped with electric oven, toaster, kettle, microwave and coffee maker. From here there is access to a large pantry.
The sleeping area, more recent, is 1 double bedroom with en suite bathroom, air conditioning and direct access to the garden. Completing the house is the main bathroom, complete with shower.
The property is surrounded by a large garden with green areas, orchard and above-ground pool, with a furnished gazebo to enjoy the coolness in the warmer season.
