The cottage has a separate entrance that leads into a large outdoor area with shaded parking spaces and a brick barbecue.
The pool area is spacious, well maintained, furnished with deck chairs for sunbathing and equipped with an outdoor shower. Next to the pool is a beautiful veranda with wooden roof, perfect for outdoor dining.
The interiors of Sinfonia 1 consist of living room with open kitchen complete with induction hob and dining room with table, chairs, TV and air conditioner.
The sleeping area consists of 4 double bedrooms, all with en suite shower rooms, TV and air conditioning.
A laundry area next to the living room, and a small storage room complete the house. Outside, on the side of the rooms, there is a service bathroom with sink and shower.
