From the porch, with kitchen and barbecue, you have access to the terrace with view on the sea. Every room is well furnished; the villa is equipped with internet connection and a large parking area.
The main unit consists of a bright living room with large windows with view on the sea, the habitable kitchen, the dining area, the sitting room with fireplace, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Every room has access to outside and the pool and is equipped with curtains, air conditioning and mosquito nets. The other unit is an independent apartment with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

"Die Gegend ist eine sehr besondere: Olivenbäume soweit das Auge reicht. Sehr trocken und heiß. Die kleinen Städtchen Ostuni oder Polignano a Mare sind traumhaft haben. Hauptsächlich von italienischen Touristen besucht. Die Strände sind in Ordnung, aber um an die richtig schönen Strände zu gelangen, muss man schon circa 90 Minuten fahren"

"Wunderschöne, großzügige Villa mit sehr hochwertigem Interieur. Sehr gute Baumaterialien verwendet. Tolle Bäder und Duschen. Sehr stylisch. Klimaanlagen und Fernseher in jedem Schlafzimmer. Großzügige Terrasse mit einem wunderschönen Pool und einem fantastischen Ausblick. Selbst die Außen-Küche hat nicht gefehlt. Einziger Kritikpunkt sind die viel zu harten Betten und Matratzen. Außerdem ist der Kühlschrank in der Küche für eine Auslastung von acht Personen viel zu klein."
